How do I return an item?

Please choose your products carefully. We do not accept returns but will exchange defective products for store credit. Please contact kate@facadebeauty.com for help or questions prior to purchase.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items: We try to always provide the highest level of service possible. If there is a problem with your order, please begin by contacting Customer Care immediately. Click the "Contact Us" tab at the bottom of our menu or send us an email by writing to kate@facadebeauty.com. Please provide as much information as you can about the problem, including your order number, the name of the affected product(s). A customer care specialist will respond to you as quickly as possible. Please do not discard any items until you have had a response from a Customer Care Specialist(kate@facadebeauty.com ).
